Hello, I’m Sue Taylor, the founder of IVF Traveler. I developed the concept of this service while undergoing fertility treatments in the United States and then discovering the best kept secret of IVF in Europe. My goal became to provide other infertility patients with access to information, options and resources that make fertility treatments both affordable and accessible. In the past several years I have had the privilege of helping families on their journey to parenthood by managing the cases of well over 200 fertility treatments, both in the US and abroad.
My healthcare experience includes over a decade as the President and CEO of a healthcare technology corporation where success came from finding unique solutions to the problems and challenges faced by doctors in the US healthcare system. Subsequently, a merger and IPO resulted my joining the senior management team of a national, publicly traded, healthcare technology company serving over 12,000 healthcare organizations nationwide.
In 2009, I began providing case management services for patients traveling abroad for IVF, donor egg IVF and surrogate fertility services. In 2012, I was also appointed to the advisory board of the nonprofit organization Parents Via Egg Donation (PVED).
The philosophy behind IVF Traveler is rooted in taking a personalized approach to each person’s case. Rather than only working with a single clinic or country, I strive to help people decide the best match for their specific budget, fertility challenge, and criteria and then offer my expertise to help make the process as easy and smooth as possible.
I firmly believe that there is no one right choice of treatment for everyone, and the only thing that matters is finding the one that is right for you and your family. I approach all potential choices without the judgments that are often placed on fertility decisions. Whether you are using your own eggs, donor eggs, donor sperm, donor embryos, a surrogate, are a non-traditional/GLBT couple, single parent, want gender selection or are dealing with immune issues or other fertility challenges — I believe that information and knowledge are the most important factors in finding a treatment option that feels right for you and is most likely to help you achieve success in your goal to bring home the happy, healthy baby that you desire!
